Hey guys, so I've been following this forum for about 3 or 4 years and I've finally decided to try my luck at IM with an Amazon Affiliate niche. Anyways, I've been trying to edit my site and a lot of the time I go to save it, it appears to be offline. Several times a day, for a pretty good amount of time. Now, I did research and saw mostly great reviews from Dream Host. So I'm not sure exactly what's going or if there is something I can do to maybe limit or fix this problem... Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers!

Did you try contacting their support? Could be your IP is being blocked by their firewall.

I guess there is some issue at you're hosting server. Ask the company for http up time logs for last few days and check that . Or monitor yourself by uptimerobot site.

I have sent them an e-mail in regards to the issue at hand, just waiting to hear back and was wanting to see if there was anything I could do. I'll definitely check into my firewall settings. I checked earlier but double checking has it's benefits.

Looks like my e-mail may have come in handy, no response however, 100% uptime... So far the host is great outside of that little hiccup.

You running any cron jobs? If it's shared hosting, a cron might be bogging things down on someone's site as well.

No sure wasn't. I haven't had any issues since the initial e-mail was sent. So far so good. As this is my first ever domain, and first ever time to try any hosting companies, I'm relatively relieved that I'm not having any issues with the site.
