A friend of mine was scammed by a specialized hat company. They basically said that because he is being vocal about his bad experience of them not delivering the hat after 7 months, they are going to try to contact his school and get him kicked out and contact his employer, and a bunch of other stuff. My buddy says that because of his family's massive fortune, he's going to make sure this company doesn't do it again. He also said that if it was someone less fortunate in his situation, they'd be seriously fucked. His lawyer is drafting a notice as we speak, but when he asked me what I could do to help, I said to file a Rip Off Report. Now that it's live, he wants me to get it in their face. I think I'm going to start buy buying some tweets. Any thoughts, write em. Not going to put a lot of time/thought into this, but he said he'd toss me some cash to cover whatever it takes. Pretty nasty company we are dealing with.

Just go to their website > contact page > write them a message with the link?

Yea I would start with any social media platform that they utilize.

If that doesn't work then I'm ranking that Rip Off Report for their company name.

make a bad review and buy some gigs on fiverr for people to share it on social media, forums, etc... Shouldnt be to hard to target a company.

go to niche forums, FB pages and post about the scam, utilize twitter too, a little neg SEO won't hurt either i guess - if it's still a thing?! - bury them deep down somewhere where nobody will be able to find them anymore, submit the report to ripoff report-like sites too:
    http://www.pissedconsumer.com/
    http://www.complaints.com/
    http://www.consumerwatchdog.org/
    http://www.consumeraffairs.com/
    http://www.complaintsboard.com/
    http://mythreecents.com/
    http://www.scam.com/

try to rank for "CEO name scammer", not just for "company name scam"
maybe put an article in local newspapers, if the company sells locally

you could use addmefast bots to tweet the message for you or your own tweet accounts.

example: Oh, look at these scammers ripoffreport.com/scambags #niche1 #niche2 no biznitz with them plz
