Any one who uses this program, can anyone offer advise how to improve speech to noise ratio. I keep hitting around 8-10 and failed to pass the quality check. I am using Logitech ClearChat Pro. I heard someone use it without problem. However, when i playback, I can heard my voice without any problem.
