Adsense I would think. But be careful about sharing copyrighted MP3's unless you are using an offshore host. The music industry is getting very aggressive about going after pirated music shares.

you could use ************** and then in order for them to download the mp3 they would have to fill out a survey which would make you $$

I don't think ************** allows to put the gateway on a site hosting copyrighted material...
