Download Camtasia 5 videos?

I searched in the forum and found a lot of threads regarding this, but the info in all of them is old and obsolete. Does anyone know how i can download a camtasia video like this one for example:

I looked at the source code of his page by right-clicking on it.

(depending on which browser you are using) and download it to your hard drive.

It is an SWF (flash movie). If you need a player for SWF's, do a
Google search for "Swiff Player". It is totally free.
