The app is called Treats on android and Treats by Clinkle on iOS.
Download the Treats by Clinkle app and sign up for an account. You will have to use a .edu email address and submit the last 4 digits of your SSN. You may be put onto a waiting list, but there are still plenty of people that sign up and don't get put on the waiting list. If you get put on the wait list, you can email them.
After you sign up, you can put in a referral code. The code will give you $10 for free and will also give the referral $10. You can cash out to a bank account right away and be done with the app, or you can get UP TO another free $10 if you wait and use the debit card they send you.
The Treats by Clinkle app will send you a "treat" when you first sign up. Once you use the debit card to make a purchase of $10 or less, they will refund your purchase price. So you can really get UP TO $20 free by trying out this app.

The app is set up like a "Wallet" with three "cards." The first blue card will take you to where you can enter your referral code. The second is where you go to see how much money you have available and where you can add your bank information. The third is a black card where you can see how many treats you have waiting to open.
You do not have to use the referral code to sign up, but entering a referral code will give you $10 free.
    My referral code is URNA532.
