Doubts about adult sites

Have your eyes, checked mate, or disengage. My post was for the OP's benefit so that he could ask questions if he wanted to. Really not interested in this pettiness from you.
It's almost 3 times less. The difference is like saying "I invested $1000, and earned $1200", meanwhile you only earned $200 and not $1200 which would be $1000 + $1200.
It's just like "statistical lie" and "wordplay". A little difference...

Well, I agree that you should understand how to do things.

But the problem is you're scaring people to advertise your service calling things "extremely hard".

Do you know what is extremely hard? Risking your life or scaling 10 companies at the same time.

If your dumb sites are "extremely hard", I don't know what is building companies. Super ultra extremely mega hard?

Now, get out.

The problem why it is so hard is that 99% of times it's trash like that site you linked.

You don't even know how to make a decent site. What are you talking about?

You have weak marketing angles to turn this thread into your sales thread.

It's not 2005 when you had a domain from 1999 and you could rank under 10 million keywords.

Times have changed and anyone who thinks some domain names are the only thing that matters, should visit a doctor and tell them about living in the past and that their past is influencing them in a negative way.

Like people think that some domain name justifies everything they do. It's like those instagramers that got 2m followers but dance naked in front of camera and think their follower count justifies their trash.

My suggestion is to not rank adult sites cause it's:

1. Shitty niche which pays shitty money.
2. It's not worth ranking black hat keywords.
3. You simply do a large site and grab some traffic from all around the internet.
4. You don't focus on single keywords, but traffic in general.

That's it. You don't need to do any SEO if you only need traffic.

Even if you reach that 1m visitors monthly, there's still no guarantee you'd make decent money. :(
If you can't automate it fully, don't touch it. It's what black hat is. Full automation or don't play.

You'd have to build a PBN, probably automate that too which most people can't even think about.
With black hat niches you do 99% of yourself. There's nobody that'll provide decent links to these niches, unless it's just negative ROI investment like "$1000 per link" lol.

The thing is that you build PBN, it dies after some time. And you need to repeat that process constantly.
It's like super hard to play it long term.

Focus on finding your target audience and what they need, instead of looking at some nonsense like videos where the only people think about is imagery. You want to understand "why am I doing x and y" instead of following some random advice blindly.

Don't make choices based on impressions of other people and opinions. Follow facts that you deduce yourself creating hypotheses in your own google docs. Write down 10 pages and other possibilities. Analyze opportunities. Use tools similar to SWOT analysis and see pros / cons of multiple choices.
No idea what this deluded rant is about, but work away./

Yes, absolutely, thank you for taking the time to write so much and provide value.

I think the same as you, I like your mentality.

I mean, it's hard to build a space rocket to send to mars... to rank a website, but my point is that I wanted to know more details from people who are more into the adult industry and seo since it's not something I'm working on today, I'm out of it all, so I was looking for perspectives or thoughts to have a higher clarity on the decisions I would have to make.

I also noticed that the other user was promoting himself. Too obvious, I take all information with caution.

I launched an adult tubesite 14 months ago. With no advertising and very little activity on Twitter, the site now has 440k pageviews a month and around 125K unique visitors per month, and this increases every day. At current growth rate, I will be at 800k pageviews a month by the end of the year.
Thanks for sharing. !Can you reveal a little bit about how you did it?

I built a website in WordPress with Oxygen Builder and started collecting good-quality videos on Telegram, torrents sites and so on.
I then started uploading videos to bunny . net
I used ChatGPT to create a plugin to parse the uploaded videos and create a post for each one.
So it's a quick and simple process for me:
Upload videos to "incoming" folder at bunnynet
Click button to create posts for each video, and then move the videos to a "processed" folder.

Google seems to like my titles (always something like "onlyfans username" + what they're doing in the video. Visitors started coming and it's been a steady increase ever since.
I did nothing for SEO or back-links or anything at all like that. I just uploaded 3000 videos over the past 14 months, and continue to upload 5-10 most days. 90% of visitors are from Google, the rest are direct.

well hold on a min here. lol. I was initially providing you some advice not to start a tube. I don't really have anything to sell you personally. Yes I did mention my article...but honestly you can take that or leave, it , I dont mind. lol

Its just that you said you wanted to spend $5k on backlinks for a tube (which is personally crazy in my opinion) So I said if you did want to invest that kind of money into adult, you might be better with adult dating. (Its just that is something I know something about, as well as tubes) But hey, I don't really mind what you decide to do, to be totally honest, but having been in this industry for almost 20 years, I think I have a pretty good perspective on this niche...and my initial intention was just to say...dont! lol

By all means start a tube if you like, but throwing $10k into a tube is folly, in my opinion, that's all :)

Ask yourself, not how easy/difficult it is to start a tube, but how are you going to make money from it. How are you going to get an outlay of $10k returned...thats the main question!

What's important to realize is that you're either picking your time here and buying an overpriced site - putting time before money
Or you create a site yourself and for yourself - time and quality are more expensive than money.
I would choose to create a site on my own, it is more interesting and more promising in my opinion

Bro adult works don't listen to people saying it's very hard you just need technical knowledge with your site and seo optimizing it & being a porn expert yourself and knowing What your audience like and what is missing in the established tubes, but seo takes some time and might harm your rankings if your don't do things the right way and once established there is the problem of Copyright which can be handled as well, basically it's working but niche matter, if you go after oversaturated niches you might struggle alot.

I would like to have an adult site, but how difficult would it be to have a serious project of at least 1 million visits per month minimum?

Is it possible? I mean of course it is possible, but how much money should I invest, apart from hosting, domain, backlinks?

How long would it take to build a site of that caliber?

Maybe it would be better to buy a website already built and with traffic?

Anyone with experience in the subject to give some guidance?
You need to plan every aspect of content, SEO, marketing, and compliance. Or buying a website with a steady traffic can be a quick fix, but you still need to make sure that the website has room to grow and meets your needs.

Creating an adult site that gets 1 million visits a month takes a lot of time and money, especially for content, marketing, SEO, and legal matters. Expect to invest anywhere from $10,000 to $100,000+ to get started

To reach 1m UV per month you need at least 34.000 UV per day, you can reach this if you really want... but adult websites are not really worth ... i started an adult project and i have like 7.000/9.000 per day but 90% social traffic, the income with top tier country as USA/UK/Canada is like 10/15 USD per day using ads as ad-maven (popup) and hilltopads (as banner and video ads) but planning to move from hilltopads because they have now hidden redirect ... anyway is worth? Yes and no, if you want some pasive income with less work to invest per day then yes is good, but if you work with blogs and you know the value of 7.000/9.000 UV per day then it is a bad feeling because, with this type of traffic on the real non-adult niche, you can make some real good money ... so if you want to start an adult website keep it as an extra project not as the main project is good little income ... i know people who make big money with only 1000 UV per day on there blogs :)
