Use the cloner/duplicator app. It will create another instance of the same app on your phone. I am sure there should be something like this for iPhones too. I can't suggest a specific app for iPhone since I used this only on Android but a bit of Google can do the trick.

Yeah, you can have two WhatsApp apps on your iPhone. One way is to use a feature called "App Twin" if your phone supports it. Otherwise, you can use third-party apps like Parallel Space or Dual Messenger. Just search for them in the App Store, and you should be good to go.
