    Is it possible to double meta refresh with a blogger blog? If so, how exactly do you go about it? I know about the two php files, but I only know how to implement that with something like GoDaddy and FTP. How can you do this with Blogger?

    I know that blogger allows us to use/edit Html or JS codes, for that, you can use an Html or JS redirecting script like this one:
    Code:
    <meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="3;url=http://ur-affiliate-link.com">
    That will redirect automaticelly to your affiliate link without showing it to your visitors.

    The are some good DMR scripts that we can use, better than this one, like Php scripts or WP plugins (available here in the download section).

    Is this better or worse than using Double Meta Refresh? What will the CPA Affiliate Manager see as a referrer using the above script? No refferer, or my blog/site/landing page?

    Well , You can add it in any page you want, and about the message, just check the box (about not showing this message and continue saving)..

    BUT, after you save your page the first time and before you check the box verify if http-equiv is in the HTML of this page (not modified by blogger)
