There seams to be a problem with the autoupdate function of the wp-super-cache plugin. Serval times I found myself locked out of my blogs. When that happen, just go to the wp-content folder and delete :

    advanced-cache.php
    wp-cache-config.php

After that you'll be able again to login and activate the plugin.

Dude, This seems kind of random. Where did you get the plugin?

It's a standart plugin that most use to speedup wp. You wont notice the problem until you logout and try to re-login or visit your site. Then the only thing you will get is this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_cache_user_agent_is_rejected() in /home/xxx.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase2.php on line 41

That's why I felt the need to notice you bloggers.

I updated that plugin last night on my girlfriend's website, I just checked her site again and it's still working just fine. What version of the plugin were you upgrading from? Also, what ver of wordpress?

you probably just did it wrong or altered the plugins php code. I have been locked out of and crashed my blogs many times experimenting with plugins before. It was almost always my fault though.

most likly not a plugin issue

I was doing the plugin update under WP 2.8.1 and I've had this problem on serval blogs. But if you guys don't have this problem, that's even better.
