well, you register a domain hello.tk at a registrar company
once you own that domain and you host it at your hosting company, you can create as many and any subdomains you wish
    like:
    a.hello.tk
    b.hello.tk
    a.b.c.hello.tk

hope that helps, as i don't know how to explain it more..

Ok, using the black.hat.world.tk example again and your instructions:

    1. Create a website with godaddy with the content you wish to host.
    2. The URL of that site, redirect with DotTK so that now it is world.tk

I don't know how to do subdomains with '.tk'. I know that "you can", just HOW?

I think the people who have subdomains are not using the free ones, but rather, registering the domain and then setting that up? they even offer a site builder nowadays, maybe I'm way off, haven't used them in ages, but back when you didn't really get any DNS control.

First go with sub, and then easily add another sub-sub-domains

I'm sorry, but I don't think you guys understand how dumb yourselves look. This is EASY with other hosting sites. How do you do it with .TK?

Excuse me, but do you understand how dumb you look by asking the same and same question 100 times when you got lots of quality enough replies?

With a .TK you do it like just like you do it with .COM , .NET.... whats so special about .TK that you ask 100 times for it specifically?
