Dont know what to do with these sites.

I never had previous experience and dont know what are the potentials in this niche ? What fo you think ? Maybe any of you have experince in ranking Real Estate and auto dealership (classified listings ) sites ? Is it a good idea to open a joint venture ?
TO be honest the uncertainty in this niche doesnt let me to put more energy to built backlinks and stuff and move in serps. What do you think ?

Joint ventures are a big headache unless you really know the real estate/used car apartment market in your country. Ideally it would be easy to just sell the leads off to someone, but depends on who you meet with.
