Today, I reported a gig for being misleading.

The seller had 230 five-star reviews on the gig. At the beginning of the gig, the seller typed 'TOP RATED SPECIALTY.' I reported the gig for being misleading because he was only a level 2 seller. The gig has now been removed. I'm feeling a little bad about it.

The guy also had 2 active orders; I think he can still finish them.

Don't make this mistake; Fiverr is VERY strict about calling yourself top-rated if you're not actually top-rated.

I will save his profile so I can check if he gets the gig back. But as I told you, Fiverr is very strict, and once a gig is removed, In most cases it can't be set active again.

Well, if you don't follow their ToS (Their Marketplace) and don't deliver what you ordered, then it's probably not the first time someone has reported him.
Fiverr is making Money with good Sellers as well; they don't have any interest in losing potential Income or destroying their Reputation just because "Level 2 Members", who should have credibility, dont behave correctly.

And to you: You reported someone because of what??: Just because he said "TOP RATED SPECIALITY"? Probably he is!
But not on Fiverr, Upwork anything else, with his own business.
What kind of attitude is it to report someone for this?
Do you know how many "Best / Cheapest SMM-Panels of the World!!!" we have?

If you are why his gig got removed, you should feel bad.
But I guess there are other things around.

So let others do their Business, and if you want top-rated, then pay the 4 digits for Creating a Logo. (That was a bit excessive.)

I have no understanding of that.

Kind regards
zotix

Edit:

Please do it, you can report him once again then.

The owner of the gig is going to find you right here
hahah :D maybe..

Yeah, maybe more reports than me.

And what is the Reason for posting this, with a laughing reaction on @GenesisOne comment, etc?

@BuildMoreLinks
That should be the reason, ridiculous.

As far as I can read, yes.
By the way, this is NOT a "Making Money" Thread, more or less—it's about how to destroy someone's Gig.

Do not Feel bad. It is a Fiverr Thing, Now there are so many sellers on Fiverr, and They Do not give Warning, If It was a New account, I am sure that must have blocked the account. Rather than giving the warning to update the listing.

Im a Fiverr Seller as well; you can talk with them, and clarify things - They don't Ban you without any Warning; that's simply not true.

cool destroying his business! maybe he is living in third world corrupt country where he cannot make half of what he makes on fiverr.

That sounds like a snitchy bitchy move man.
Let the guy enjoy his life. Top-rated label doesn't mean shit. It's simply another way to promote himself to potential customers. That doesn't necessarily mean that he's not good at what he does.

Every marketer on the internet has done something similar in one way or the other (PBN, fake testimonials, fake reviews etc) especially when they are first starting out.

Now I am not saying that is good or bad as I am not talking morals here. I am talking like a blackhatter with zero hypocrisy.

It's the same thing. You should feel bad. I am really sorry for the guy.

As I said, Look how many people have the CHEAPEST SMM PANEL WORLDWIDE!
or for Proxy Providers, everyone has 99,99% Uptime.
It might be accurate, but it should be fine as long as you get what you ordered.
Or did you not even Order and report him?

As you can see, many people don't have an attitude that makes anyone's life complicated—the example with the 3. World Country was on point.

But I hope you are just trolling & believing in the good side of humanity.
Otherwise, you are BHW-Karen.

Best,
zotix.

That was an absolute dick move. Most of the sellers on Fiverr are from 3rd world countries and it is a good money making method for folks over there.

Your reporting will impact his entire account for a few months at least. They will get close to zero impressions on their other gigs. (Source: I have been a level 2 seller myself and have faced this issue)

For God's sake don't do this ever to any fellow marketer who is not even doing proper blackhat stuff.

Unfortunately he was not a new Member, OP said:

Level 2 Requirements:

  • Level 2
  • Minimum requirements
  • Success score: 7
  • Rating: 4.6
  • Response rate: 90%
  • Orders: 20
  • Unique clients: 10
  • Earnings: US$2,000

Top Rated:
  • Minimum requirements
  • Success score: 9
  • Rating: 4.7
  • Response rate: 90%
  • Orders: 40
  • Unique clients: 20
  • Earnings: US$10,000
  • Once these criteria are met, there will be an evaluation to confirm eligibility.

With 230 Five Star Reviews and I assume he has good pricing with Level 2; his average checkout Sum might be around 40$ - on 230 Orders
I don't understand it. He was literally almost Proseller.

Im feeling so sorry for him, and if this is not trolling then, well - speechless..

Is this person your competitor, or you just felt like taking the law into your hands?
