We really concentrate on TF and CF (because PR has not been updated in over a year), also all are domains are carefully checked for backlink quality to make sure whatever your trying to rank will get the biggest boost it possibly can!

Do you just focus on TF/CF or are these also checked for spam as well as still strong backlinks? I have found quite a few domains with good metric but when I check links are coming from link listings/directories etc.
