No I created an account on Servya and could not login to the website or the support over there. This link you provided me at Domdetailer is requiring me to make a purchase in order to signup, just to ask a support question?

Servya hasn't been advertised yet so has very few sign-ups happening. There have been no confirmed sign-ups in the timeframe we are talking about. Either you signed up at PBL Soft website or you need to confirm the account, click on confirmation link in activation email.
If you have not received the activation email it is possible you mis-typed the email address when signing up. I can look into it for you if you let me know your username.
If you are looking for support for Servya though you may be better off posting it in the Servya testers thread here as this thread is specifically for DomDetailer which is different from Servya.
I have emailed you multiple times and you keep responding here, why?
I want to do business with you and it's becoming too difficult just to get a few answers to questions..

I'm happy to help, you signed up for an account and didn't confirm the email address so the system didn't recognise that you had an account yet. Some people don't check their emails often and others don't see their notifications here so I try to answer people in every place they ask a question, I thought I was helping.
