i have a domain exact match keyword.

Niche Franchising

but with .us extension.

if i sell it on flippa...would i be able to make some money?

Most ppl think .us are lower in value so as the guy above pointed out just focus on your positions and revenue to offset their concerns. I myself could careless about the tld.

maybe if it was a 1-word .us -- but probably not much if it's 2-3 word emd.

No but it has a very good search volume in exact.

its better first you make some seo on site and give its higher ranks against the high cpc keywords. As Flippa buyer main concern is quality traffic and solid and continuous source of income. So if you both show them they will definitely pay you good.
