Did the update on the 21st also affect desktop results?

Since the update a few of my domains and been bouncing around the serps but TBH I have recently linked to them from my PBN so im not going to read to much into that ATM.

However, 2 of my sites have gone from the middle of first page to not in top 500. There has not been any linking going on with these in months.

The thing that has caught my attention i that I am still getting alot of traffic for these kws so i decided to investigate further. I check rankings on both acuranker and serpbook and both say they are not ranking (although long tail kws seem to be increasing in rank)

I checked manually (using different ip's/browsers and made sure that I was logged out of google) and they are still ranking!!

What makes it even more confusing is the fact that I also used 5 different online serp checkers and 3 of them said that I was not ranking and the other 2 showed them on first page

    Any ideas whats happening?
Site dropped and not updated on all data centres?
    Just random dance?
Caused by the mobile update although im looking at desktop results?

edit: I have added one of the sites to webmaster tools to check whats happening and got no messages. If penalized, would I get a message if I added the site to WMT AFTER it was hit?

Most of my sites are on Google.com.au, and the rank trackers pick up changes typically about 12-18hrs before they 'push out' to Google.com.au... not sure why, but that's the way it happens.

If in your case, it's showing your website gone via the rank tracker, you'd better hope that it doesn't push out to whichever Google your sites are ranking on... but I fear that may be the case.
