Thanks. Any feedback on it's performance?
I'm running 3 instances on a computer I have laying around.
  • I've been running them non-stop for about 5-7 days, running 30 threads each without issue.
  • They've crawled about a combined 10 million links.
  • Currently using a bit over a gig of memory between all 3.
My main complaint would be that the UI freezes while it's running, but the application continues functioning and you can pause it to make whatever changes you need. This is one thing I love about it versus using Scrapebox. With Scrapebox, you start anything, you have to stop it completely to make changes then restart from the beginning. With Domain Lord, you can pause, add new proxies, change the footprints, etc. then just continue moving along.

Another (minor) complaint is that there isn't a log running where you can see what the application is actually doing. GSA SER spoiled me with that. It makes troubleshooting a breeze. To @badasscoder's credit, he offered a development version that does run a log, but I didn't want to run a version outside of the core version everyone else is using as I wouldn't want to miss out on updates, or have problems that others might not be experiencing. Hopefully a running log will become an option in a future release.

If you're looking for the number of expired domains it has found, I'll caution: these tools are relatively simple. They data they get back is only as good as the source info you put into them. With that said, I've found about 300 expired Tumblrs. It's worth noting that I'm just running some random tests. I'm sure the success rate would be a lot higher if I wasn't testing different methods.

Decent scraper but not the fastest or the cleanest out there, but definitely the easiest to use. Also, I wish it had a log built in and a feature to just ignore domains which have little to no DA/TF etc. Hopefully, the tool gets updated regularly.
BTW,What're the recommended VPS specs for Domainlord? I am running this on a relatively low spec'd 2 core /2gb ram box.

We have released a new version of Domainlord today. Along with other performance upgrades, it will also show the log as requested by @SEO ... It should also solve the problem of false positives as some users were facing.

Hello, We are also coming up with majestic stats as many of the users have requested in the past. It can be availed at an additional price. The service will be launched later in the current week only. We have an early bird price discount that time. You can avail it for only $17 per month for now. Drop me a message on BHW/Skype after you activate this. The payment can be made on Paypal on

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=ECCA8HJJUECPW

The price will be increased after we launch this service around June 22nd. However, it will still remain significantly lesser than most of the other domain finders we have available here.

HI let me know what the difference between scrapebox domain finder and this? am looking forward to get one of these two, no idea what is best option for me, Thanks

Assuming you're referring to the Free Scrapebox TDNAM Scraper Addon, that just crawls GoDaddy's expiring domains. This application literally crawls the web looking for dead domains that you can register. You can have it scrape sites using keywords, provide seed sites for it to start crawling, etc.

The Scrapebox Addon is like going to an auction to try buying an item at a good price. This application is like searching through second hand shops for great deals.

Nop, couple of months ago scrape box introduced plugin expired domain finder to scrape box, am still confused about which one best for purchase

Ohh! OK, that plugin. Yeah, that one performs similar functions, although I'm not sure if it can handle Web 2.0s like Domain Lord can.

They give a few options. You can use keywords, or you can provide seed sites which looks for broken links. This is what the interface looks like:

It's taking a bit long but be assured that our team is working hard on another update which will include many of important statistics like the indexing status, Majestic stats and some other important metrics to help you find quality expired domains in a much more efficient way. This will be live before the end of the month for sure.

Anybody can subscribe to this service for only $17 per month before it is launched. The starting package price on/after the launch will be $27 per month. Right now, It can be subscribed on https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=ECCA8HJJUECPW
