Guys I have a Keyword here in my country with Good Volume 800 visitors per month and have 10 KD so if I buy a domain with the same keyword I Will Rank For it or Not
ex : someone search for the keyword I Will Rank in the first or not & Also do I use a local domain or only .com Work and thanks Guys

It will help, but you won't rank just by the domain name - this happened like 15 years ago, but not anymore.

Doesn't necessarily mean it is low competition.
Look at the serp results to confirm first.

Again, I would say may or may not rank but having keyword in domain certainly helps in most cases.
Ranking is a different game you will need SEO optimized website and content.
You may also need quality backlinks based on the niche competition.

EMD alone won't do anything
You need a structured content plan

Go for an EMD (exact match domain) or a PMD (partial match domain) depending on what your competitors are doing.

But keep in mind that an EMD will strictly limit you to one keyword/micro niche only. If you plan on branching out into more shoulder niches, pick a broader domain name.

And lastly, go for the local TLD if you think the product/service is relevant for only your country. But if it's a digital product/service with international demand, then stick to .com

Having the same keyword as EMD is good and it will help. But you need high quality articles and links for the rankings depending up on the competition.

In my opinion having a domain name with a specific keyword can be helpful, but it is not a guarantee of rankings and its called Exact match domain ,it is against google guidelines

As per my small case study, blindly following KD metric of Semrush yields great results even if the manual SERPs look deceptive.

Forget your small case study!
Blindly following any SEO metric will surely work most of the times (Ahrefs KD works too).
But you won't get a slight hint when it won't work.
And it depends how much that mistake it will hurt the project.
I ended up losing few clients, refunding a few projects after working for months.
Lesson learnt, no harm in cross checking the serp results, it free.

these days this methode deosn't realy work like it was on the past, also you will limit your website to just one keyword

I am talking only about the KD metric here :)
You can check my case study here. Every keyword is ranking in the first page on a brand new domain (2 DA) by beating authority pages.

If I made deductions based on manual SERP review which looked very deceptive instead of Semrush KD I would have missed out on 15-16 seed keywords with huge ranking opportunities.

It does not always result in a domain's ranking being higher just because it has the same keyword as a search query. To improve your chances of ranking well for your target keywords, it's critical to concentrate on producing high-quality content, SEO optimization, and creating a strong online presence. A continual effort is needed to increase exposure in search results because there are many elements that affect search engine rankings.
