    I need suggestions and guidance

At the moment i am working on my niche. I have got a keyword related to my niche but there is a problem. The broad searches have around 47000 local searches of that keyword and the exact searches are less than 1000. So i am wondering what to do? Apparently looks good to me for having broad 47000 local searches plus having the domain available too. My intention is to optimize the domain at the moment and place ADS by contacting local business which are relevant to my keyword.

    What is your opinion?

To buy a domain with 45000 local searches when the "broad" option is ON or Not to buy the Domain with 1000 local searches when "Exact" option is ON?

I think of broad search count as a number that represents how big the niche is. So the higher the broad count, the more long tail keywords you'll be able to target.

Hmmm :) well in general i can say that my niche is a big market and luckily no one has got a domain by that keyword. I have got one more keyword for which i will be using .pk as .com is gone for the other keyword :).

Well if it has 1,000 monthly Exact match searches, then lets say you had a 50% CTR ranking #1 - For 1 keyword you'd be getting a lot of nice natural traffic.. and with 47,000 broad, do your keyword research and work on nice content posts for each of the keywords as well as a whole link building campaign.

Could be onto a 20,000+/Month traffic site there son!

50% CTR on a #1? Where did you get that information? Any cases/research?

it depends on price, if you are registering a new one for 10$, sure go for it
if you are buying an existing/dropped on - check alexa, mydnstats for rankings and history of the domain to have a rough estimate of traffic
    - again price is what matters really...

broad - is exactly what it is, broad. Meaning that some "broad" searches are not related to your niche at all.

It is a new domain :)

i know and as i mentioned the broad and exact searches still i got the opinion from others to buy it :). A major reason is the niche i a going for is growing and will continue to grow.
The only bad thing is the more specific domain has been sold.

For example let us suppose Canada sells great sunflowers to Pakistan then i was looking for canadasunflowersinpakistan, it has gone the other most commonly used keyword left is canadasunflowerpricesinpakstan available :) so i will be going for it in a week.
