I worked with a client who had a exact match domain. They stopped services and havent mainted the site. The domain valualtiona in namecheap has jumped very high. It's a small business.
Is that usual? Its a regular plumber in a very small town

Also looking for domain valuation or some good marketplace, any advices ?

Totally normal, those valuations are algorithmic guesses. If it's just sitting there doing nothing, it's only worth what someone will actually pay.

The price is speculative, even. About as reliable as online networth of individuals, little more than guesswork rooted in passable maths.

Private professional domain appraisals aren't necessarily an objective measure of a domain name's value, to be honest. I’ve ordered premium appraisals from SEDO and also from private domain evaluators - and the price differences were significant.

As one of them told me: “The price of a domain is like the price of a painting. If you see it as a piece of art and are willing to wait, maybe someday a buyer will come along who’s ready to pay your asking price. But if you’re in a hurry and your goal is to sell as quickly as possible, the price could be five times lower - or more”.
