When building backlinks always try to get select domains/pages with a low spam score, however high spam score links are NOT going to hurt your site. If they could then you could just spend the day building very high spam backlinks to your competitor sites.

Nothing to vote here...spam score, domain rating and citation flow are pseudo metrics, an artificial stuff created by Ahrefs, Semrush, etc...it can be easily manipulated, Google doesn't care for it

CF and TF ratio equal to or less than 1:2 and spam score doesn't matters and DA more than 20+ will be fine for PBN. Also I prefer good aged domain

If you would put a knife to my throat that I must choose at least one, it mostly like would be:

Domain authority 50+ with spam score 30+ (sounds like a red flag yeah, but again it's just one of the many vanity metrics).

Trust flow less than citation flow (but this doesn't mean shit, really but I value TF alot. Whether the ratio of TF to CF matters doesn't really bother me. What matters to me is that the TF fucking is high).

Metrics have almost nothing to do with the "safety' of the domain.

TF:CF ratio is useless. TF by itself though tells you quite a bit about how spammy the backlink profile might be. Rest of the metrics you posted are pointless in regard of cleanliness.

And spam score... in the year 2024, people still revere this crap.

I understand that the complexities of checking the cleanliness of the domains are too much for some people to handle and that they need their one two digit number to make sense of the world, but come on please.

Stop making shit companies relevant (MOZ). And this one in particular should have been out of the business in 2014.

People need numbers or they'll freak out,
Funny how the same people refuse to learn how to actually check the domains and do SEO properly,
Then claim that "SEO", "Expired domains", "PBNs" are dead :D

CF and TF more than 30 would be good to go. Spam score should be below 10 maximum because high SS cause decrease on your domain range.
