Domain Scraping or per Iframe. What google love it ?

Hello,
my question is, what is better for traffic, link and google. Is it better when i scrape a site with a scraping tool or can i make an iframe ?
Where is the difference ?

can anybody helping ?

Not really sure what you are asking about.

Google loves links for sure. Iframe wouldn't help in SEO. Iframe should only be used for things like theme preview/embed, etc.
