Has anyone else gotten letters from them when they didn't pay for privacy protection on a domain? I got one and they are trying to get me to pay $35 for one year and $120 for 5 years, lol.

Yeah, I get them and toss them. Had a client that didn't opt for privacy and was almost taken on it. I wonder what kind of conversion they are getting from these letters

My "privacy" is just using a p.o. box instead on a few of the sites. It has to be at least 1.6% to 2% or they would be losing money.

The way its worded and their logo, probably makes some people think its a government agency. imo

I got a letter a few days ago. I was annoyed at their scam so I ripped the letter up within seconds and tossed it in the trash.

Got one a few days ago as well. It really does look legit and is pretty disheartening because I'm sure a lot of people have been falling for it.

I also got one last year which then I thought was the domain company reminding me but then saw the higher price and thought it was a bit iffy.
