Anybody know any domain registrars which are out of the country that allows a US resident to register a eu and has the ability to utilize the eurid whois privacy function?

I don't want to risk registering a domain in which won't have the regular eurid whois privacy function....

The more obscure the country the registrar is in, the better....

I've found quite a few... and tested out only a couple

Marcaria seemed promising at first but switches off to their U.S. based version of the company instead of the Russian after it discovers my location....

Also Shinjiru seems to be promising as well but I don't know how tight they are when it comes down to it... regarding giving out Whois Information... They are based in Australia

I'm still searching for a permanently solution and I will keep this thread updated with what I think are the best possible solutions.
