    Great question!

If I understand you correctly, you are asking about the .me TLD? .me is the country code for Montenegro. The .me TLD's have been experiencing rapid growth as of late. A good example is the hugely popular about.me website which made clever use of the TLD to market self-promotional free professional profiles. As to whether this is good for a website may depend on who your website is targeting. Generally, the .com TLD is best and is the most trusted for commercial sites. This is likewise true for educational sites and the .edu TLD and Non-profits and the .org TLD. If your site is a commercial interest, I would shoot for the .com TLD unless you have a clever idea for use of the .me domain like About.me did.

Any SEO strategies that work for other TLD's will also work for .me TLD's

Here are some resources that can provide you with more information,

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.me

    Good luck with your website!

I'm not sure what the outlook of .me's will look like in the future but as a personal reference, always try to go for a .com first.

If a .com is not available in a desired keyword or name you're aiming for, .net and .org's work just as well in most cases. I've heard of people having success with .info's but I'm not quite a fan of them myself. I'm original and I like to stick with .net or .com domains.

    No , I registered a UNI ( d-o-t ) me so example my web adress like this : thisismysite ( d-o-t) uni ( d-o-t) me

so the uni domain level = university ( no authority but " education" domain ) so I created a ebook salespage for a " how to increase your intelligence " ebook. So Education + Intelligence boost ( or somthing like that ) can be succesful or not?
