Domain on page 1 of Google for SEO Firms being sold

As the title states, someone I know is selling a domain on page 1 of Google for SEO firms. I'm wondering what you guys think and if you think it's a good investment - how much would you guys pay for it?

You mean "Google for SEO firms" is the keyword. If its so you have to digg more before buying it. As i can see most of the results in the 1st page is from SEO forums/blogs. So not sure how many potential customers will buy your service. Calculate how many visitors that site may get.

Yea do the numbers and even ask him how many clients they get a month from the site before investing. Could be worth it

No, the keyword is just SEO FIRMS

He is on page 1 of Google....for keyword....SEO FIRMS

I sold my site at auction for $7500 - it ranked #2 for 'organic seo'. Unfortunately i had that as the BIN on Flippa and it sold after only 2 days. I might have sold it for a lot more w/o a BIN price.
