    Hi,

I am keep seeing all those posts and sites that give promo codes for getting your 99c domain name on GoDaddy.
The reality is you can get that always, no promo codes needed.

The trick is: Open a new browser window, search in Google for ?GoDaddy? and click a link on their AdWords ad ?$0.99 Domain Name Sale.?
More about that method can be found on my blog:

But, I guess you were not hanging out here, so you might not be knowing that it's already well known here.

The problem with this method is that most of the time it requires a brand new Godaddy account. I opened like 4 already and then ran out of payment options. Anyone that has feedback on how to avoid opening new accounts?

That promo is BS anyways because it'll cost twice as much as normal to renew the domain on GoDaddy... Unless you just plan to use it for a year.

Well, I think this offer is great, because a lot of beginners (like me) don't care about giving 1$ for a domain, and if it succeeds and you earn some money from it, you wouldn't mind paying double renewal.

Its not BS to some that might be hurting for a cheap domain at that moment and if that domain turns out to pay well through out the year then who the hell cares then about paying twice the amount next year. Its been a cheap route for alot of people, I prefer to go with namecheap though.

What if I don't have the $0.99 domain name sale? There's only offer for $2.95 :(

Exactly, I would be sometimes reluctant to give $8 for domain for a year if I am clueless about website, and have no idea if it will succeed. This way I could buy like 5 domains for $5, and if one of them succeeds and bring good money, I don't see why would I care about paying $5 more than usual for domain name.

Maybe it's the country we are from. Maybe the $0.99 is for US users.

This seems to work when I go to godaddy through that link. Thanks!
