    hello everyone ,
Need your advice before i start this..let me know what you all think.

    I stumble upon 5 keywords ,
2 of the keywords doesnt make sence , i cannot think of something to sell on this...
but there are 10 million searches for this term in US ,
and global search is more than 15 million per month.

    What should i do...
I would like to hear what you guys have to say...
Number of backlinks of competing sites is not more than 300-500 links.
and sites are 1-5 years old.. with no onsite seo done for this keyword.

    Nix

Whats the exact search? Just because the broad searches is that much it may not be what people are typing into the search bar.

You have to know the "exact" search (use google keyword tool)

    HTML:
    https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal?forceLegacy=true
You don't have to "sell" anything.

If it gets a lot of searches, then sign up for some traffic networks like adbrite, etc. and get paid per thousand times impressons are shown with their 3rd party ads.

You'll make like $.10-$.30 per CPM (thousand impressions), but if your getting millions of visitors, then you could make a good amount.

10 Million searches is exact match or broad match?
If its a buying keyword then you must not let it go,
300 BL to competing sites is not big deal you can get that faster but what about the PR of top 5 pages for the keyword.

competition of 40 Mil. is nothing there would be hardly 1k results you will be competing with, Just try one thing when doing Google search go to the bottom of page and click the last "O" of Goooooogle, (for Ex: on first page of results it shows No. 10 below the zero and when you click 10 there will be No. 19 below the zero) keep doing it and after 8-10 clicks you will see that there are only 1K or so results Actually competing for that keyword, that is your actual competition, 40 Mil pages are those which contain that term somewhere here or there.

    Hope this helps.

NO DOMAIN (keyword.com) with 10 million EXACT searches can be left out from the HUNGRY eyes of Internet marketers. But if you own the domain for long, and your search term is actually having 10 Million EXACT search, then you must celebrate buddy, You've got a Jackpot

    hello everyone ,
I am enclosing details of my findings.

I was searching broad match , for two niches my my broad match is 22million per month and exact search is 1000 per month , moreover this keyword term doesnt made any sence.

    For next 2 keywords , which are 2 words ie keyword1 keyword2 ,
    I am not getting a keywordkeyword.com , but i am getting a keyword1-keyword2.org , and .net but no .com
broad search is "3,000,000" per month , and exact is "300,000" per month
This two keywords could easily be marketed with a product which i have in mind.
Pr of first 10 searches max is 6 and least is 0 and this domain is on 3 place and registered less than 9 months ago and have maximum links of approx 2k and pages more than 10-300.
I dont think any site is optimized for this keyword but is stilll ranking but i must say this is 7 years old domain , kindda old
    Another 2 keywords ,
    Broad search is 1,000,000
Exact search is approx 100,000 per month.
Domain available :keyword.com , .com , .net ,.org

Last option is the best find...and the best part is i just got started...is it beginers luck or i just started thinking outside the box...:D

The second 2 keywords are commercial keywords , and could be easily monitised.

For the last one , i dont think there would be any product for this keyword as it is illogical.

I used country US , so these are local searches, global searches are lot more and traffic is equally good from uk.

and one last domain , 6,000,000 broad searches in Uk and 400,000 in uk and best part keyword.co.uk is available...and with this again i see some products which could be used to monitise this.
pr of first 10 seaches is quite high and domain are 5-6 yeard old atleast , but with not many backlinks and position 2 , 5 , 8 are year old i checked on google.co.uk using proxy.

Before i went on a purchasing spree I need to ask a few questions.

What should i consider borad searches or exact searches...because exact searches are what user puts in the browser...so is broad search irrelevent when i am choosing the domain with keyword.

I am looking at these things

    (a)If searches have keyword domain
(b)First site :does it used keyword in title is optimized for just keyword or many keywords onsite seo for this domain.
(c)number of backlinks listed in google and yahoo explorer
    (d)age of domain

let me know if i am missing something here.

Go to Google and do this:

    HTML:
    intitle:"Your Keyword"
See what the number for that is because this is the number of exact TITLE competing websites, which Google gives one of the biggest factors to.

I'd also recommend focusing on 1-2 keywords at a time. You don't want to get bogged down.
