I recently got an email from someone who says that they are representing the holders of a trademarked name.

When I registered, I thought this might happen, but figured I'd give it a shot anyway.

Well, now that they know that domains are registered in my name, and have contacted me, what should I do? Do they have to pay me anything or do I just have to surrender them all without pay?

Anyone have any experience with any of this? Any links showing what I should do?

    Thanks :)

Depends on whether they really want/need this domain. They can go and sue you, but it's a lot of time, so usually they prefer to pay you something, just to get a domain fast. But on the other hand....if they decide they don't want to pay or you want too much, they'll go to the court, so beware.

Try to talk to them, convice that you paid money for domain, for site design etc....
