How long does it take till you can obtain the domain if it isn't renewed by its original owner?
I've placed a back-order when does the back order action take place on godaddy?

btw its not no "HOT" domain, its just someone owning another extension to my domain name
I heard go daddy are slow but it doesn't matter in this case as nobody will jump to grab it just want
it securely to come my way

your thoughts..

2-4 months, depends on registrar. Godaddy is great for domains that will most likely not be grabbed by Namejet or snapnames.

Hi,

Most domains will go into the auction, and you have
to pay to be allowed to bid i.e Godaddy, etc.

It depends on the registrar and you will get it open within 2-4 months generally

90 days typically, then again it depends on the domain level,

If it has traffic it will go automatically to godaddy auctions. One of my sites was posted there for $5000 that site had traffic but was targeted so I let it go.

The back-order sends the domain to the auction from what I remember

I read awhile ago it was 75 days after the day it was set to expire, though I'm sure there are some pros that could answer this.
