You can get a .tk domain from dot*tk for free. If you want a top tier TLD (com,net,org), then a lot of hosting companies offer a free domain when you purchase a year of hosting.

if you want everything just like other members said use dot.tk or if you want to create a blog use blogger or wordpress
it would be like www.yourname.blogspot.com for blogger and www.yourname.wordpress.com!
