I just find some domain that can use it in PBN
but I have few question about finding good domain.

1. Is PageRank important?

2. if the domain is the below
PageRank : 0
Moz DA: 30
MOZ PA: 30
CF: 27
TF: 25

is it good to go?

3. is it okay if the domain is not related in the niche I want to target?

4. Godaddy/NameCheap, which one is better?

Thanks

Pagerank is not important as it hasn't been updated for over a year.

This is a good domain but I would check the anchor text also for spammy kw-s and then check what was on the site with archive.org

Niche related domains aren't that important really and they are both good. If you want free whois then I suggest Namesilo - cheap and free whois.

NameCheap also offers free whois.
I wouldnt worry too much about PR, cause it hasnt been updated for ages.

Namecheap offers it free for one year, namesilo is every year. You can sign up for their discount program, to save well depending on how many domains you have quite a bit (couple cents). They do not have alot of offers but you can try some coupons such as TWITTER50,DISCOUNT15 or whatever else you find.

1. Not very important on its own. Use it comparatively.
2. Yes, if it doesn't have spammy backlinks.
3. Yes.
4. Godaddy.

1. Nope.
2. Forget metrics.
3. Yes, but ideally you would want it to be related.
4. Godaddy? Hell no!
Namecheap all the way.
