    Hi,

I've found a domain I'm considering buying for PBN uses and I want to know if you guys think it's any good. Here's the stats...

    PR:2+
    DA:30+
    PA:30+
    Ahrefs: 1.5k links
    Ref Dom: 100+
    TF: 9
    CF: 25
    Price:80

Is this something that is worth picking up? I'm pretty sure given the domain name I can work it around my topic... 1 word in the domain is *kinda* related to my niche.

    THoughts?

Seems good, just make sure to look at Ahrefs for the high PR links and verify if they will stick after you purchased it.

How did you discover this domain?

TF is too low for my liking. Also, check the anchor profile. Make sure it's not over optimized.

what are the anchor text used for this domain? watch out for spammy keywords as anchor. Repetitive anchors might mean that this site has already been seo'ed and thats not a good thing for PBN.

Look out for spam anchors and different languages could be a warning sign. I wouldn't spend too much on this domain but if it's cheap might as well grab it.

I doubt it's worth that price tag.

The anchor text is basically the domain name. So for example if the domain name was "healthychildhoodwithcooldad.org" then the main anchor is "health childhood with cool dad" along with "cool dad" That's the best way I can describe it. As far as spam anchors I did find 1% anchors with noText. Which is GSA is it not?

So - would anyone touch this? Also it's not dropped yet so it won't reset the age if I'm not mistaken. IS this worth anything?

Personally, I will not get it since its not worth the given price. second I think its already seo,ed so its really risky acquiring it.

TF is low but you can solve that easily with a few authority links.
If you're not going out of your way and juggling funds to get (aka 80$ is not much for you) I'd suggest you get it. Do something good for the economy...

Check if it has entries in webarchive and see what kind of content was hosted on it and if you could maybe rebuild it

For the price it's okay...but I would have suggested you go for PR3 to 5 for optimum result. Above all, ensure you scan the site for redirection in order to avoid buying fake PR sites.

Since PR hasnt been updated for ages, you can find really good PR1 domains too for cheap prices. PR3+ domains are usually way overpriced because when people see high PR, they think it must be an awesome site.

I wouldnt buy it because the TF is too low, for this price it should have a TF something around 15. A TF under 10 is usually considered not trustworthy.

    $80 for a PR2 is a bit high imo.

    Got better PR3's for less.

The trust flow is too low, 9 is nothing. Only pick domains with a minimum of 15.

I'd say that domain is worth $40-50 max.

Is this accomplished by checking if the PR backlinks are still on the page that there coming from?

Indeed - just have a look at the source of the links, and make sure they're spread over wide enough base of sites so that it won't devalue right away. Same as the dead links curve in ahrefs - you don't want it to look like it's dropping off a cliff.

It's priced too high but sometimes you have to make that kind of purchase to get your feet wet and realize the real value before you make your next purchase.
