Hello everyone, i do hope you are having a successful week and keeping positive.

I was kindly experimenting with domain flipping as a side hobby. I know this can be lucrative if you pick niche keywords that could be valuable to businesses. For instance newyorkfinance as a domain. I please wondered what tools you can use to research how valuable a domain or keywords would be before buying a domain please to help ensure the domains will be worth something in the future? If anyone kindly had time to get back to me i would be forever grateful, it would really mean the world to me.

Thank you so much for your time and for reading my post. Wishing you a great day ahead. All the very best.

You are going to get a lot of different answers on this but the value of the domain is determined by the buyer you are able to find. The tools out there are not really reliable unless the site has been around for some time and still then doesn't account for any income generated. The best thing to do is determine who would best benefit from the domain in the market and pitch it to them. NewYorkFinance might be a good name for someone offering financial services or you can even launch a site where you advertise multiple local financial services in the area and charge them a monthly fee once your site has organic traffic. If you want to just sell outright find those businesses in the same niche send them a pitch email and go from there. If you are buying for $5-$10 per .com and selling for $150-$300 then you'll make some decent earnings. Of course, some may seem more valuable than others if you are able to catch a gem that recently expired. Good luck.

Domain flipping is very big domain and needs a lot of experience. You should do proper research regarding it and start with cheaper domain deals.

I'm a domain expert and i will show you how to know the value of any domain

farst thing Go to "DotDB.com" and add the domain name /like the pictur down/ and you can see how many company or smalle business have a same KeyWord or have a another extantion and check if the WebSites if it work or not

if you find a company have a anther extantion or have a more KeyWord more than you have you can just contact him,

and also take sure to go in google maps or google and serch if ther another comapnys ho provide the same service your domain name have

and if this all good and you have a potontiale buyer go to next step:

go to any SEARCH VOLUME WebSite and take a look about SG and CPC if SG more 100 and CPC more 1$ that's mean the domain name it's good
