Domain Expired but GoDaddy showing Not Available..!

    Hello BHW,

    I found a Domain name, its really awesome.This domain name expired on 2015-07-21 22:37:07.

    GoDaddy showing its not available when I tried to buy it. Domain registrar company is not GoDaddy.

    How can I buy this domain?

    Are you sure someone else didn't scoop it up since then? What does the whois info tell you?

    GoDaddy is most likely holding onto it to auction it at a later point through their GoDaddy Auction platform. Best would be to reach out to them and ask.

    It's not registered in GoDaddy. How they hold it for auction?

    It's not going to be available for 43 days. They give the owner three chances to register and then put it for auction.

    Got it. Are you sure it will be in Auction? I want to buy it, how can I avoid auction?

    No, it won't go to auction. The previous owner has a period of time where he/she can rebuy the domain. It could be 43 days but I thought it was slightly longer.
    Once that times up just go to any domain register and pick it up
