Domain buyers - 7 days expired domain name registered

I found a good 7 days expired domain name. I said I could wait 60 days to be released, but the next day was registered by someone with private whois.

Domain now is parket. Is there any chance to contact the new owner and buy it from him?

There are mass registrars who acquire tens of thousands of HIGH QUALITY domains and then park them. How can i buy domains before them?

When a domain expires, the status is "Expired" and only the previous owner can renew it. The same is for "Redemption" status. Both are 30 days.

Domain was parket at sedo. I think was listed for sale after expired. I get it.
