I saw a website, It is in google ranking 8th page, I have check this moz domain authority was 23.
I have checked the sites backlink, but it has nothing, The sites meta keyword/descriptions it was not according to google guideline.

The site was having any useful backlinks then how the site domain authority increased.

How is that relevant to anything? It's just a number. Could be hidden PBNs that are not hidden from Moz or you checked the backlinks wrong.

I have had a website for 6yrs without any backlinks built besides a couple of completely unrelated social profiles(like 6 total), and it is sitting at a DA of 21. Over the years it has had posts from indepth posts about "how to use a rock to make a Polaroid picture" to my musings on my favorite apps(it ranks naturally for 5 different app reviews in position 1-3) to my interpretations on government regulations pertaining to chemical silica levels in drywall repair. So it isn't about content, it is a completely branded domain(not that it could have an EMD for such a broad range). It is just my journal of random shit I know and interests me. Hell, the on page on it sucks.
So I told you THAT to tell you this, DA is a joke.
