i got a 12 years old domain PR0 with 730,693 External Backlinks (895 Gov + 2,977 Edu). 4,401 Referring IP addresses and 11,504 Indexed URLs.
The figures are from Advance Report of Majesticseo.com.
    1. I wonder why the PR is low with that link juice?
    2. How much do you think it worths?
    Thanks for your feedback.

Maybe PR dropped because of shit content. Is the niche related to porn?

The value depends entirely upon the niche.

And as to the PR0: what kind of actual content do you have on there? Is it all duplicate content? Are the links all just from massive blasts with no relevance? Sounds like tons and tons of really low quality spammy links, so no love from Google.

Thanks for fast replies. I am newbie at domain flipping.
I am earger to know how to convert it into benefit. Because i got some at the same state.
There is no adult content in this site. it's an expired domain with lots of subdomains. I think it used to be a free blog, st like wordpress, and the huge volume of backlinks is from all users building to their articles. Am i right?.
May i add new unique content, build more high authority backlinks to gain trust?

Dont forget in your new site to redirect all "not found pages" coming from links to your homepage ..If not you will lose those visitors ..

Did you change the domain registrar? If so any PR would of been lost.

Get some decent content on it fast.

301 the highly linked sub-domains to the root and spread the other sub-domains around 5 sub directories with good content. This way you will keep all the links and build the strength of the root domain.

Build some more links and sit on it for 3-4 months PR will come back.

Price depends on the name and niche but I would keep it and add it to your network

Check with wayback machine what the site looked like and what it was about. Flipping a site is about income or if there is none, hyping up the potential income works too.

seems like dropped or parked domain..
if you build a relevant site along the same niche it was before...try building backlinks to old backlinks and pinging all old backlinks...this might help...pr is nothing btw..

so, can you do me a favor and let me know how do you find these domains? :)
If you suggest me 3 good domains, or if you donate me a very good one I will tell you what to do to retain the lost PR on the domains that you have.

I know why the PR is low now, and know how it can go up pretty fast.
    Take care :)
