In my opinion Facebook is the best option due to advanced targeting and the ability to get 0.01$ clicks if you do the campaign right.
Bing got a bit saturated, cause everyone uses bing coupons to get cheap/free clicks.
    I`ve never used Adwords.

lol that's what i learn from here and outside.Everyone has there own way. So i also have some points.
Ex:- if u are going to use Bing ads most of old people using bing search so if u are going to sell something for old people conversation rate is high

how do you get bing coupons, and i still didnt check facebook, but i though its ads are expensive, the 0.01$ looks like an exagerated description.

the gender wont matter for me but generally i'm targeting youth people.

+1 on knowing more about what you are advertisng for and to whom. Also $60 wont go very far, so are you just using it for a test to build up your experience?

True, but for someone not used to using it you could spend your money, not get the results you are looking for, and not know why. A little work on it, and it worked out ok for me. Of course for my company our primary PPC is direct on Amazon using vendor central where I can track when the customers do when they click so facebook not works as much for me since I am not directing PPC facebook money to my website ATM

FB ads is the way to go, you can target specified countries, filter your audience on the basis of interest, age, occupation etc.

Yes true. Well he want to online store. He have to choose route: 1. promote his online shop in broad way. Branding 2. Choose product and promote to targeted audience of FB.

So lets say he will choose 2. option - Make fanpage for your company / online shop - Make a post - Your post will be your AD - You need to brain storm AD ( post ) description to be catchy and best possible and set up OG tags properly of your product page - It needs to be catchy and create some engagement and interesting in same time. Also do not forget to make sure your site is fully Mobile optimized. Facebook traffic is from 90% Mobile traffic.

Then you have to make your first AD. Go to AD manager, make AD for your post. Choose country, do not use multiple countries in one AD - your results will get mixed up, choose age. Choose proper interest. You can target custom audience aswell but you will have to make research on it. Keep payment option on default PPE and 5 dollars a day. Do not use Right Column as type of AD so deselect it. You can also set up conversion pixel if you know how to do it.

Now your job will be waiting. Once traffic starts rolling in you will monitor your engagement and CTR. You can post some fake comments from fake FB accounts to boost it up. After spending 5 dollars if your price per website click is not satisfying you will have to review your AD and brain storm how to make it better or make completely new AD and test again.

Think it's easiest to go with facebook ads when you first begin. Easy to target your specific niche and define other requirements.
You can do Bing and google ads later once you get a taste of it

I prefer Facebook. You can target very well. Adwords can get kind of expensive.

Another thing with Facebook is if your $60 campaign does well, you can always increase the same campaign's budget, and doing so is an easy experience. It's what I did with Teespring.
