Or is it this Youtube Friend Bomber program that has a built in captcha, wtf?

I've NEVER gotten a captcha on youtube.com but I get one on every comment i send with FBP program

YouTube never had captchas since time immemorial. It must be from one of your FBPs.

Wow, a program that automates, yet it has it's own captcha feature

That's like breaking into a store and setting up your own security cameras beforehand

if you add friends / make comments on a video from the same ip / account for a while, YT starts giving captchas
