Does youtube has an area to add links to get backlinks?

Hi
I am curious, still newbie. Wanted to ask is there an area in youtube where we can add our backlinks? Is it in the comments section or description of the video?

Use both. Some good guides in the YouTube and Journey sections.

People use in the video description for backlinks, but I think there is a section to add your website url in the channels profile section, havent used in a while so no sure if its still there.

yeah click on my channell and you should be able to place links somewhere up in there as well as the description area for each video

You can use links in both areas, video description and comment section. As Youtube is owned by Google it will certainly help your website ranking.

I doubt that, the links are nofollow, but it might at least get you a bit of traffic.
