If you upload background images that violate youtubes terms of service and do not stop doing so, they could very well do so.
Most of the time youtbe will send you a warning about something you did wrong. Its important that you read the warning and reframe from doing things that violate the TOS.
Do not upload sexually explicit images, do not upload images or videos that do not belong to you.
Youtube is such an oxymoron honestly because 90% of videos on their are copyrighted and then they selectively remove videos or videos that get popular since i personally experienced a video getting 10k hits daily boom i got kicked.
