Does Youtube ban IP addresses?

Ive made a couple different accounts with different email addresses and gotten them closed. Just wondering if at some point they will ban my IP or do I have infinite lives with this one?

i have hundreds of accounts in youtube and some of them was already banned, but my IP is still safe up to now

YES, youtube bans IP addresses! Use a different IP when creating each account. Also use a different email each time. If you are going to buy an account creator, might as well get a booster that does comments, ratings, favs, subs, everything in one. YT also can ban your url you use in the description, and can ban videos. They have a very smart system that can detect videos. So if you keep getting banned over and over, change your url or use a redirect, and use all new videos.
