Sites like vagex / u2bviews / youlikehits etc.?
No they don't, if they did then anyone could ban any user they wanted to.
Vagex has some sort of deal they make you turn your Montization off not sure about the rest but as adam said prob not but I don't use them anymore just to be on the safe side
Yes, you can get banned, when you join youtube its in the ToS! If they know you are stealing money (monetized video) they WILL ban you. It has happened in the past
There is no way of Youtube knowing unless you use sites that required you to use your Youtube account. So there is no chance of getting banned, for all you know it can be your competition or a troll going around adding your videos on view exchange sites. Youtube must have substantial evidence for a ban hammer.
That is the thing, YouTube don't need evidence to ban you. They can ban you under suspicion. You WILL get your adsense banned, no matter if people add your video or not.
EnhanceViews got my accounts banned before a few months ago! There is evidence of this in their forums.
Then I am going to go around banning people I don't like lol - it doesn't happen like that.... maybe with adsense as they don't care because Google takes Adwords advertisers very seriously.
Im going to split this into 2 parts.
You can add ANYONE'S video into some view exchange site and get their google adsense account disabled for invalid clicks or whatever. It's a poor system and evidence of this can be found within the google adsense forums section. There are ways to appeal against this, but the chances are so thin. Personally, I dont think Google take adwords seriously, otherwise they would have great support for it.
Vagex was helping commit FRAUD by allowing their users to place ads on their videos (some people still do it). This STILL applies for other view exchange websites.
YouTube don't check videos or accounts 1-by-1, they have a system in place which when alerted can ban accounts (i.e mass account creation). In the past (months ago), view exchange sites used the API tool. Needless to say, this got some accounts banned, along with this and the recognised IP address, it is MORE THAN enough for YouTube to release a ban. YouTube reserve the right to ban any youtube account without reason, it is important to remember this. Obviously they dont ban accounts without reason but its just something to keep in mind.
well I don't plan on monetizing until I'm more popular and ready to go legit views only.
Thats probably the best approach in this case.
I will have to test your theory. I am still 99.9999% sure this won't happen lol. But I understand what you mean.
