I often make changes and updates to my website. Then I view them. Sometimes it could amount to 1000-3000 views a month from my own IP.

Will this hurt Search engine rankings, DA, TF, CA, PA in any way?

I'm not a pro at this, but I don't think Google has access to your server logs, so they wouldn't know if your were accessing your site or not. (well.. maybe google analytics... but I think that information is just for you)

However.... if you are accessing the website via google then that might be a different story. Like say if everytime you went to your website, you searched it on Google and pulled it up. Then backed out.

If Google sees people clicking on results, and then pressing the back button, (I THINK) they might give them less rankings.

CTR from google does have an impact on your ranking albeit a very small one, I recall reading that somewhere in the bowels of Moz or Ahref.

As far as repetitively viewing your own pages I doubt that will hurt you, although I think you can find something more productive to do then viewing your pages 3000 times a month. At 5 seconds a time(probably a very conservative estimate) that's 4 hours a month... just viewing your own content..

You don't get the sites penalized but too many clicks coming from the same IP in different time period can hurt your SEO score. You can also test your site on your own local server before uploading it on web.

I get it. Some of us update the website live via SSH and doing the progranming. Easier than downloading to PC and running/editing on local server.

When doing big updates, it's usually a good idea to do a little at a time and then save and check the website for errors. So it would accumilate a whole bunch of views.

1000 - 3000 views/month from your own IP. You should compare to the total views/month. If you have 100000 views/month, for example, I don't think it will affect your rankings.
