if i use 5 phone connected to the same account does tiktok get wifi information ? know that theses phone are connected to the same phone ? when the phone is ios then android

TikTok captures stuff like gateway IP, local IP, DNS, and proxy IP/port. This is all based off Android app so idk about iOS but it's probably similar if iOS doesn't restrict that information.
 
There is no problem with connecting to the VPN before opening, but it will access a lot of information on the phone

Yes they see if vpn is enabled and proxy ip/port and include it in Risk Report, which decides device quality.
