Does this work or not?

So I signed up with adfly. (Starting out) I shrinked the url but then I used this code <a href=?website name" target=?_blank?>Link Text</a> I replaced the url with my adfly url and the link text is something eye catching making people click it. This way when they click on the links they get taken to a new tab. Do my clicks count or does my link have to be like this EX. adfly.ht74849 This is how it looks like. **It is the link on the left saying 1000 free links.(URL) (URL)Again does it still count this way. I put it on that page just for an example. I have a different page where I am using it. I am ready to get traffic and I don't want to just waste my time if the clicks don't count. Thanks.

Your post is missing some vital parts, but I think ****** only pays when the visitor to your ****** link waits for 5 seconds and they must also have Javascript and Flash enabled in their browser.

Yes the link is generated from my adfly account. After that I just put the create a link out of the adfly url. So you say it is OK.

Yes I log into my adfly account. I take a url and shrink it. I then make a link out of the adfly url. Type the URL into your browser to check it out. h t t p : / / g o o . g l / W v I N s My link is on the left side of the webpage. That is how it will look like. It will take them to a site for 1000 links.
