I wrote an ebook about ewhoring, kinda. Thinking about publishing it but my problem is this, their TOS..

The MySpace Services are for the personal use of Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by MySpace.com.

Am i allowed to sell an informational product using screenshots from myspace and the name myspace, the title says "how i make 600 a week accepting friends on myspace'

AHHH is my entire ebook a waste? ) :

do you mind sharing your ebook....

also no you will not get sued etc.... make sure you make your domain private or only do private sales.... also in your ebook make sure you dont link to your myspace accounts :) you will be fine

naaah I say you go for it. I have seen other programs that does the same thing.

your stuff isn't unsolicited if they agree to being sent it ;)

it means going on and collection addresses off profiles for sp4m etc. which is illegal anyway.

worst they can do is ban you, but then you just start again, no harm done :)

But yeah, i wouldn't mind looking at this too as i'm just starting to look into myspace!

Is it also apply able on facebook, because i can get a shitload of friends in no time. This would be really handy

You're worrying too much. You are a teeeeeny tiiiiiiiny little gnat to myspace. it's not even worth their time to slap at you. Worst case they'd send you a letter telling you to stop using their trademarks, but they won't even bother with that.

Look at it this way, if myspace really cared, wouldn't they have had an apeshit coniption fit over several dozen "how to make money from myspace" posts right here in good ole blackhat world?

The only thing you should be worried about is how many copies can you sell before the method gets ruined or before 500 copies end up on torrent sites and another 10,000 re-writes get made and sold for $2 a copy on WF and DP.

My ?.02

(Except in Finland where apparently you have to round up to the nearest ?.05) :)

Yeah take the advice posted above, myspace wont give a damn.
As for trying to get Sue, flowers might be more appropriate than ebooks.

Just don't use the words 'My Space"

Also add a disclaimer ' this is for information only, not recommended to be used, we are not responsible, etc'

And then follow scubaslicks advice about saturating it fast

I have the word myspace written all over the book including screenshots of myspace control panal.. is that bad? hah

I also believe that the paragraph, about illegal/unauthorized use , applies to that paragraph. The commercial ads that will be removed paragraph, does not every say "commercial ads are illegal/unauthorized. They split it up, because plain and simple its not illegal to go post an ad somewhere they allow you to post things. It may be against their rules, but unless its email/PM spam its not a law. Now as for suing you, the only people i've seen myspace sue are extortionists and account stealers.

had a look at the shit tons of other myspace products out there? Seen any of them getting sued? Don't worry about it man.

lol, send me your ebook and I'll tell you if it's ok to sell.

Go for it man... MySpace doesn't care about small eBooks or tools... other people are selling similar products like MySpace Friend Blaster, YouTube Bots, Hi5 Bots etc etc. No1 have sued for it.
