Hello, lets say I let my Accounts do random activities everyday for about 15 minutes, watch a few videos or subscribe to some channels, just let them behave like normal users would do, does this help to keep them up?

    Does Youtube care about that?

Yes, it does make sense to do some random activity with them if you plan to make quality vids/channels and not some throwaway accounts.
But it's sufficient to log in once a couple of days in random intervals, for example if you have 100 accounts, sign in with 14 in the first day, spread out the login times, not all at once, next day do this with the next 26 etc. and scuffle your account list, don't log in in the same order every time.

Behaving what normal users would is exactly what it's all about. It's difficult to do, so most bots don't get it right.

It will definitely make the account active and alive.
Too much links and too much commenting on others videos could give a hint that you are spamming or a bot.

It definitely helps, the messaging you might want to keep very low in the beginning. The best thing you can do is be patient, nothing is as helpful for those accounts as age. That being said if you just let it sit there inactive and idle for months that might not be quite as valuable. The random activity like that though is an excellent idea, as it'd be hard to track and if you can devote a month or two of that type of activity on your accounts before you started using them I'll bet they'd last quite a bit longer.
